 docs: the Polish cheat sheet and engineers' guide rewritten in natural Polish; the engineers' guide matches the Finch compiler 
- names from the C++ compiler (declareFns, HelperScope, Fn::borrowParam, mutatingMethods) replaced by the real ones
- section 8's subsections numbered 8.x; the map's LLVM type has 7 fields; @W in the index records
