Initial commit: Schunix as it stands before the SchOS rename

An x86-64 operating system built from xv6, now largely rewritten: SMP,
a copy-on-write root filesystem (SchFS), PCI/USB/virtio drivers, a TTF
rasteriser, and a Linux-numbered syscall ABI.

No history before this point -- the tree was never under version control.
This commit exists so the rename that follows has something to undo to.

# Boot Schunix, crash it on purpose, and capture the crash screen as an image.
#
# The crash screen is the one part of the system you cannot look at by using
# the system, so it is the one part that quietly rots. This drives it through
# /proc/sysrq and takes a picture, which turns "does the panic screen still
# render" into something answerable in thirty seconds.
#
# QEMU's monitor is on its own socket so the serial console stays free for the
# shell. screendump writes a PPM; the PNG conversion is optional and skipped if
# ImageMagick is not around.
#
# tools\crashshot.ps1 crash the ramdisk-root build
# tools\crashshot.ps1 -SchFS with a SchFS volume attached
