Nexoniarz d0f7acf9eb Initial commit: Schunix as it stands before the SchOS rename
An x86-64 operating system built from xv6, now largely rewritten: SMP,
a copy-on-write root filesystem (SchFS), PCI/USB/virtio drivers, a TTF
rasteriser, and a Linux-numbered syscall ABI.

No history before this point -- the tree was never under version control.
This commit exists so the rename that follows has something to undo to.

# Build a bootable Schunix ISO, ready for VMware or a real machine.
#
# Wraps `make iso`, which builds the ramdisk-root variant and wraps it in an
# El Torito image. The ramdisk root is the point: the ISO carries a complete
# userland inside the kernel, so it boots with no hard disk attached at all.
#
# tools\makeiso.ps1 build it
# tools\makeiso.ps1 -Run build it, then boot it under QEMU to check
# tools\makeiso.ps1 -Clean force a full rebuild first
#
# Afterwards the ISO is schunix.iso in the repository root; point a VM's optical
# drive at it and boot from CD.
