1. Who runs PexoBot

PexoBot and the pandor.pl website are a project run by private individuals — Pand0r and Nexoniarz — under the shared name “Pandor Systems”. Pandor Systems is the name of the project, not a company: there is currently no company or registered business behind it. If that changes, we will update these terms.

2. What the service is

PexoBot is a Discord bot with a web dashboard. You add it to a server you manage and turn on modules (moderation, tickets, levels, music and more). The basic version — PexoBot Free — costs nothing and has reasonable limits. PexoBot+ is a paid subscription with higher limits and extra features.

3. Your account and dashboard access

• You sign in with your Discord account. We don’t create separate accounts and never see your password.
• A server’s dashboard is available to anyone with the “Manage Server” or “Administrator” permission on that server. You (and your staff) decide what the bot does there.
• The panel that manages the whole bot (the founders panel) is available only to the project owners — Pand0r and Nexoniarz. From there they can, among other things, temporarily turn a module off for every server, help configure a server when its staff asks, handle payments and respond to abuse. Nobody else has this access.

4. Acceptable use

• You follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You don’t use the bot for spam, harassment, scams, spreading harmful content or getting around limits (for example with loops in scripts).
• The server staff who set things up are responsible for what the bot posts on their server — messages, custom commands, scripts and AI replies.
• The AI module uses your API key with the provider you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or a compatible service). You pay that provider directly and their terms apply to you.
• We may limit or block the bot on a server that breaks these rules.

5. PexoBot+ and payments

• PexoBot+ is a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time purchase for a set period — always tied to your Discord account. You activate it on the servers you choose (how many depends on the plan).
• Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record for PexoBot+ and paid addons: it takes the payment, charges taxes and issues invoices. We never see or store your card details.
• One-time purchases don’t renew. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time on the PexoBot+ page (“Manage subscription”) — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds (14 days, no reason needed) are covered by the Refund Policy.
• PexoBot+ codes (for example from giveaways) last as long and cover as many servers as stated with the code.

6. Ads

The website and dashboard (Free plan) may show Google AdSense ads or our own banners. With PexoBot+ you don’t see ads.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the bot stable, but it’s a project built in our spare time: there may be downtime, bugs and changes to features. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by the bot being unavailable, lost data or content added by users. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer by law.

8. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of the page. We announce important changes related to payments in advance.
